We build cross-platform mobile apps (React Native + Expo) and web applications (Next.js + Tailwind) using a single small senior team — so your codebase stays consistent across iOS, Android, and web, and your future hires can pick it up without re-training. We've shipped admin dashboards, B2B SaaS products, marketplace MVPs, customer-facing mobile apps, patient-engagement tools (like our own product Dokya), internal operations consoles, and white-label apps for clients. Whether you're a startup founder validating an idea on a 4-week MVP budget, or an established SME replacing a 10-year-old internal tool, our process is the same: a discovery week, a clickable prototype by week 2, the first user-testable build by week 4–6, then weekly iteration with your team in the loop. For mobile, we default to React Native with Expo — one codebase ships to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with shared business logic and platform-specific UI where needed. If your app needs deep native integration (CallKit, Bluetooth-LE, ARKit, advanced background tasks), we write Swift or Kotlin modules where the framework can't reach. Flutter is also on the table if the team prefers Dart. For web, we use Next.js 15+ with the App Router, deployed to Vercel or AWS, with Supabase or PostgreSQL as the database, Stripe / Razorpay for payments, and Auth0 / Clerk / Supabase Auth for authentication. The boring-but-critical infrastructure — analytics, error tracking (Sentry), push notifications, email transactional flows — is wired up before launch, not bolted on after a Series A.
